Based on the current trends of domestic and foreign tire manufacturers looking for ventless mold partners in the country and their needs,it can be predicted that for a long time in the future,no-vent molds will become a new competition point in the tire mold industry.How to optimize the structure of the mold and design a not have exhaust holes,but can guarantee smooth exhaust,and the cured tire does not need to trim Lanugo is common idea for tire manufacturers and tire mold manufacturers.The spring vent is a key part of the tire mold exhaust system,Its performance index affects the use of the entire tire mold.There are few studies on the structural properties of spring vent.This topic mainly studies the structural performance of spring vent through a combination of theoretical and finite element analysis.The specific work includes the following aspects:First,using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology to research spring vent intake section,and CFD analysis was combined with practical conditions to study springs vent distribution.The distribution method of the flow field in the spring vent is targeted for structural improvement and performance optimization.Secondly,the influence of the variation of the parameters of the upper end cone angle of the vent stem and the spring stroke structure on the fluid flow parameters of the inlet section of the spring vent is simulated.The variation of discharge flow rate,outlet flow coefficient,and flow resistance coefficient at the outlet end are given.The results has practical significance to guide the industrial optimization design and installation.Thirdly,In this paper,the spring in a certain type of spring vent is analyzed by The S-N curve of spiral cylindrical spring material(70,65 Mn,QSi3-1)is obtained by theoretical calculation.Based on this,the static analysis and fatigue life simulation of spiral cylindrical springs are performed.The results of comparative analysis are used to verify the accuracy of finite element numerical simulation.The method of spring vent's spring design using finite element software is explored.This has practical significance for predicting the service life of the spring of under actual conditions,and at the same time it can improve the reliability of the design,reduce the product cost,and shorten the design cycle.
