Sewing equipment processing industry is an important industry involved in the processing of clothing,bags,shoes and hats,automobiles,furniture,home textile decoration and other products.It is a typical labor-intensive manufacturing industry.Through the combination of the intelligent numerical control system of sewing equipment and the industrial Internet application,the deep integration of industry informatization and industrialization is realized to improve the intelligence level of sewing equipment and the intelligent manufacturing capacity of the sewing processing industry,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing of the sewing equipment processing industry.The electronic control system of the new intelligent sewing equipment integrates the industrial Internet interface with real-time data acquisition,communication and remote control functions.The cloud service platform of intelligent remote operation and maintenance of sewing equipment can realize a variety of equipment network management and remote operation and maintenance services in various production lines of the sewing industry,such as work data statistics and management,equipment monitoring,fault warning and preventive maintenance,remote fault diagnosis and remote upgrade,expert system and decision support.The access factory can also realize the management of production equipment,logistics orders,human resources,and enterprise ERP,PLM and other system data docking.The construction of intelligent remote operation and maintenance cloud service platform for various devices in the sewing industry,providing public services and data resources,can realize big data analysis of the industry and improve the level of industry informatization.According to the operation statistics of nearly 10,000 devices in more than 100 factories connected to the platform,the transformed smart factory can improve the production efficiency by 25%,reduce the rejection rate by 20% and reduce the operating cost by 20%.There will be millions of sewing devices with networking capability in the whole industry to be connected to this platform,which has a broad market prospect.
