In recent years,with the warming of the global climate,the development of cool feeling fabric has caused a boom in the textile and clothing industry.The clothes made of cool feeling fabric not only wear cool and comfortable,but also respond to the theme of eco-environment protection.According to the study of domestic and foreign scholars,there are few studies on the contacting cool feeling of military summer combat uniform.Therefore,the study is of great significance.The paper choose polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton blended camouflage fabrics as the fabric of military summer combat uniform,and choose fabric structure,blending ratio,warp and weft densities three factors to experiment by orthogonal with three factors and five levels.On the basis of analyzing the influence of fabric structure,blending ratio,warp and weft densities three factors on the mechanical,thermal and wet properties,the effects of these three factors on the contacting cool feeling of two kinds of fabrics are studied.Use KES-F7 THERMO LABO?warm-cool feeling measuring instrument to test the maximum transient thermal flow-qmax of two kinds of fabrics to represent their contacting cool feeling.The paper tests he maximum transient thermal flow-qmax of five kinds of cool feeling fabrics,and compares the contacting cool feeling of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton blended camouflage fabrics with the cool feeling fabrics.Finally,the paper studies the influence of different gaseous moisture content on the contacting cool feeling of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton blended camouflage fabrics.The results show that,the influence of blending ratio on mechanical properties of two kinds of fabrics is most remarkable.When fabric structure is plain or plain stiffener,the blending ratio of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton is 75/25,warp and weft densities are 300*210 yarns per 10 centimeters,the mechanical properties of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton blended camouflage fabrics are the best.Fabric structure,blending ratio and warp and weft densities three factors all have different effects on thermal and wet properties of two kinds of fabrics.When fabric structure is twill or twill stiffener,the blending ratio of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton is75/25,warp and weft densities are 220*170 yarns per 10 centimeters,the thermal and wet properties of two kinds of fabrics are the best.Fabric structure and warp and weft densities have significant influence on the contacting cool feeling of two kinds of fabrics.When fabric structure is plain or plain stiffener,the blending ratio of polyester/cotton and polyamide/cotton is 75/25,warp and weft densities are 300*210yarns per 10 centimeters,the contacting cool feeling of two kinds of fabrics are the best.By testing the contacting cool feeling of five kinds of cool feeling knitted fabrics,the results show that,the maximum transient thermal flow of most fabrics in the two kinds of fabrics can reach the maximum transient thermal flow of cool feeling knitted fabrics.Based on the subjective and objective evaluation of the influence of different gaseous moisture content on the contacting cool feeling of two kinds fabrics,the results show that,the gaseous moisture content of two kinds of fabrics has an impact on their contacting cool feeling.The gaseous moisture content of two kinds of fabrics is larger,their contacting cool feeling is better.
