With the development of the times, people refer to the natural fiber. However, in China textile raw material of cotton fiber is seriously insufficient, we need to import large quantities from abroad every year. However, the polyester and polyester fiber have received the rapid pace of development, but the industry is low added value, profit is not high, the homogenization of competition is serious. Research of cotton-like-polyester technology is to overcome the common disadvantages of the polyester fiber, and add some excellent properties of cotton to make the products are of high quality and high added value, but also reduce the production cost, realize the maximization in profit, it has the large market capacity. So Research of cotton-like-polyester technology research and application can effectively alleviate this situation,so the research is significance very mush.Development of cotton-like-polyester technology focused mainly on four links:the modification of fiber, spinning, weaving, finishing, the relative product performance is lot of lack, evaluation system is not very clear. Based on the typical cotton-like-polyester woven products on the market:compare and analyze chaorouli fabric, paster fabric, porel fabric with common cotton, common polyester fabric analysis, summed up single performance, comprehensive performance and style difference of cotton-like-polyester woven products.establish system of evaluation of cotton-like-polyester woven products performance. And provide the theoretical basis for the application of these cotton-like-polyester woven products in the field of clothing. T he conclusions are as follows:(1) Analyze and study the morphology and aggregation structure and properties of Chaorouli, paster, Porel three kinds of cotton-like-polyester staple fiber and tensile, moisture regain, evenness and hairiness of three kinds of cotton-like-polyester staple polyester yarn, cotton yarn:high molecular crystallinity and crystal orientation of Chaorouli, paster, Porel decreased,resulting in fiber moisture regain increased, but the strength is lower than ordinary polyester; modified polyester yarn breaking strength is lower than that of common polyester, but moisture regain was higher than that of common polyester; the evenness hairiness of modified polyester yarn is lower common polyester yarn and cotton yarn.(2) Refer to previous research on testing Performance of simulated cotton-like-polyester staple woven products and sums up required test context of simulated cotton-like-polyester woven products:heat resistance, moisture resistance, the wicking height, permeability; mechanical properties tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, KES style test, drape test. And through the KES style, AHP-F of membership degree calculation, building a comprehensive evaluation method for simulated cotton-1ike-polyester woven products. At the same time,to establish corresponding reference standard system.(3) Study the effect of hydrophilic treatment on,summed up these conclusions:the hydrophilic treatment makes some of the mechanical properties of three kinds of cotton-1ike-polyester staple woven products decrease, such as bursting strength and weft breaking strength decrease, stiffness decrease, easy deformation, drape, warm also fell, but also make it more soft, more wet comfortable, more dear, more smooth in the surface.As winter suit,the comprehensive style drop.(4) Compare performance of new cotton-like-polyester staple woven products relative to pure cotton and common polyester product, make a comparative analysis:strength of cotton-like-polyester staple woven products is lower than that of cotton fabric. Mechanical properties of Chaorouli fabrics is some of the worst. So thick coat such as mountaineering, the fabric strength is required high, it may not meet the requirements; comprehensive performance of cotton-like-polyester staple woven products is low compared with common polyester fabric but except porel、paster without hydrophilic treatment, its comprehensive performance are higher than that of common polyester fabric.(5)Study performance and style evaluation of new cotton-like-polyester staple woven products, and puts forward some suggestions on its application in the clothing, the conclusions are as follows:as winter lady suit fabric, hydrophilic pore1fabric style and comprehensive performance is better, warm is slightly worse. As winter fabric, comprehensive properties of hydrophilic treated porel fabric is the worst.. As winter lady thick coats, the comprehensive style, performance of hydrophilic treatment Chaorouli fabrics are good; without hydrophilic treatment paster fabric heat and moisture comfort is worse than common polyester fabric.Thus,its comprehensive performance is poor.
