Surfactants, which are widespread in daily life and production, are widely used in the fields of medicine, oil, daily washing etc..This thesis intends to use anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants with graphene oxide(GO)to form a relatively stable mixed system, respectively. The GO with better biocompatibility are created by using intermolecular interactions. After the GO enter the organism,it can adsorb the most important biological material-proteins.The paper consists of two parts. In the first part, the relevant thermal and kinetic parameters were obtained by measuring the experimental data such as conductivity, surface tension,zeta-potential,and isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC).Combined with nuclear magnetic and transmission electron microscopy techniques, the microscopic binding modes of surfactant molecules and GO in aqueous solution were investigated, and the interaction mechanism between surfactant molecules and GO was revealed at the molecular level, and the influence of the style of binding and the size of force which caused by the length of hydrophobic chain and the size of hydrophilic head were explored. This is the basis for studying the adsorption process between GO and bovine serum albumin(BSA).The second part studied the effect of different types of surfactants on the adsorption of BSA on GO.By using the techniques of fluorescence spectroscopy,UV absorption spectroscopy,ITC,the thermal and kinetic parameters of the adsorption process were measured, and then explained and obtained the law from the microstructure. This study aims to provide new data and basic laws for the safe application of such GO in disease treatment and diagnosis.
