This research is mainly focused on the fabrication of graphene oxide(GO)-biomolecules hybrid materials and study the adsorption toward metal ions and organic dyes.To combine the selectivity of life system to ions and molecules, the fabricated membrane is expected to achieve high selectivety and recyclable characteristic. The main conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)By using sodium chloroacetate(ClCH2COONa)to convert the epoxide, ester and hydroxyl to carboxylic group, the fabricated GO-COOH was combined with amino group of bovine serum albumin(BSA).Then, the fabricated GO-BSA was filtrated to a membrane, and the adsorption of Au3+ and Co2+ ions was 85.80%and 51.86%at the first time. After 4 times filtration, the adsorption amount reduced the same as that of the pure GO membrane.(2)By using BSA as reducing agent and stablizer, the gold nanocluster(AuNCs)was fabricated and was used to detecting Hg2+,the low detection limit is 0.0238 nM.Then, the AuNCs @ BSA was covalently binded to GO and the product was filtrated to a membrane. The adsorption efficiency of Hg2+ was 90.45%at the first cycle, and it was still up to 50.63%after 7 times of filtration.(3)The carbon dots(CQDs)prepared by glucose was used as a template of titanium dioxide(TiO2)to prepare CQDs-TiO2 nanospheres, which was further used to hybridize with graphene foam. The functional GO-TiO2-CQD foam can promote the catalytic degradation of various organic dyes under solar radiation.
