Enterprise Emergency Management Based On Risk Management Theory

With the rapid development of social economy,the safety in chemical enterprises is not optimistic and faces severe challenges under the new development situation.At present,there are frequent safety accidents in many chemical companies,and the level of emergency management in enterprises is low.Most enterprises have some problems such as lack of emergency analysis and inadequate emergency measures.To solve the above problem,a chemical enterprise caustic soda plant liquid chlorine storage tank was taken for the research background In this paper,researching enterprise emergency management under the guidance of risk management principle.According to risk management principles and emergency management content,by the method of investigation and analysis,access to information,on-the-spot investigation and analysis,a comprehensive hazard identification was taken for the liquid chlorine tank,and the leakage of liquid chlorine was taken as an example to show how the theory of risk management theory used in emergency management.According to the identification results of dangerous sources,the potential emergencies of the tank farm can be systematically identified,and thus scientific emergency preparedness and response can be made,including formulating corresponding contingency plans so as to eliminate or mitigate the risks of emergency management.At the same time,we can conduct a detailed analysis of the emergency situation and put forward a series of improvement suggestions for the emergency management measures of the enterprise,including improving the monitor of early warning and early warning actions so that the early warning contents and early warning mechanisms are more scientifically and effectively;and make corresponding emergency disposal measures based on the consequences of different emergencies.In addition,we can adopt innovative emergency measures,that is,we can form a systematic emergency knowledge base and improve the emergency management system based on the analysis of related information of emergencies.At the same time with the means of information,the contents of emergency knowledge base,contingency plans and other emergency management related content are uploaded to the information system,facilitating business learning and utilization from top to bottom,and keeping updating and adjustment.
