Study On Emergency Management Of Urber Roads Under Emergency Events

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of urban population,the per capita travel space of cities has been reduced.There are potential safety hazards in urban roads,such as vehicle congestion,accidents and disasters,which affect the lives of urban residents and travelers,restrict the construction and development of the city.On the other hand,urban road emergencies occur frequently,and affect the economic development and social stability of the city.Therefore,the study of urban road emergency management under emergencies can better ensure the safety of people's lives and property.Based on the analysis of emergency management theories and methods at home and abroad,this paper discusses the definition and characteristics of emergencies,analyzes the impact of emergencies on urban roads and the evaluation content,and expounds the basic process of emergency management.Then the urban road emergency management system under emergencies is studied,and the basic framework structure of the urban road emergency management system,the basic functions of the introduction and implementation of the emergency management system are discussed.This paper focuses on the process of building emergency management plan.On the premise of establishing scenario database,the process of emergency management plan based on scenario analysis method is proposed.When an emergency occurs on a city road,the key words of each scenario are extracted,searched in the scenario database by using the key words,the most matched scenario data bars are found,and the response methods are output.After repeated searches and integration,the emergency plan for dealing with the emergency can be obtained.This process is applied to analyze the flow.Cheng Feasibility was verified by a case study.Finally,considering the emergency management process,according to the time urgency of emergency management,the urban road emergency management strategy is formulated,which provides a strong guarantee for the realization of dynamic real-time management.Figure17;Table7;Reference 79...
