The composite squeeze oil roller is a polymer roller.It is assembled by a porous fiber roller sleeve and a steel roller.It is mainly applied in the cold rolling production line to remove strip surface oil and residue.Because of its unique porous compressibility and self-healing,compared with the traditional rubber squeeze oil roller,not only has better oil removal effect and long service life,but also can improve the quality of strip surface.At present,the core manufacturing technology of this new type of composite material squeeze roller is mastered by a few overseas enterprises,and the market is monopolized.Therefore,in order to occupy the domestic market and get rid of imports,Shenzhen Millennium Technology Ltd.commissioned Taiyuan University of Technology to develop a new type of oil roller with good oil-squeezing effect and certain mechanical properties.The fiber roller sleeve is the main component of new composite squeeze oil roller,and nonwoven fabric as the main body of the fiber roll sleeve is the main research object of this subject.Combined with its actual use requirements and the basis of previous researches,the nonwoven fabric which used in a new type of composite extrusion roller was developed by using special fibers and self-made adhesives through mechanical-laid and spray-bonded method,and the performance parameters of the product were studied,mainly including the glass transition temperature and the elastic modulus and the yield strength.The results show that the glass transition temperature of the new composite material extrusion roll nonwovens is 85.5 ?,the melting temperature is 256.5 ?,the elastic modulus is 60-110 MPa,and the yield strength is 11.70-12.20 MPa,and gradually decrease as the temperature increases.The nonwoven product of the new composite material roller is in the elastic stage under actual conditions and can't be fused and decomposed,which can meet the compressibility requirements.Taking non-woven fabric preparation temperature and pressure as considerations,the creep resistance of nonwoven samples at different temperatures and stress levels were simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results show that under low stress levels and temperature conditions,the creep strain of sample is small and not easy to be detected;With the increase of the stress levels and the temperature conditions,the creep strain of the sample increases gradually,at a constant temperature of 100? and 160 ? and at the highest 15 MPa stress level,the total creep strain of the sample is 0.3548 and 0.3602 respectively,and the creep strain rate decreases with time accumulation,and does not produce large creep strain and plastic fracture,which can meet the practical application requirements.
