The air separation unit uses cryogenic technology to produce oxygen,liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen,nitrogen and other products by low-temperature fractionation after air compression,precooling and purification.It provides raw material gas or protective gas for iron and steel,petrochemical and coal chemical industries.There are many equipments in the air separation workshop,which require strict operation of the equipment,complex process:flow and dangerous areas such as high pressure and low temperature.If the operation is improper or the accident handling is improper,industrial accidents such as fire,explosion,cryogenic frostbite will easily occur.Therefore,it is very important to train employees in emergency safety.The traditional form of safety emergency training is mainly to prepare written courses on equipment operation,accident risk and other aspects for students to learn,or to co-ordinate the relevant personnel to conduct field exercises.For air separation enterprises with complex equipment structure and complicated process,this training mode has great limitations.XXXX Gas Co.,Ltd.adopts 60000 Nm3/h air separation device manufactured by Linde.According to the requirements of the safety emergency department of XXXXXX Gas Co.”Ltd.”a virtual drilling system for large air separation unit based on Unity 3D is proposed and developed by using the performance ability of three-dimensional scene of virtual reality technology and man-machine interactive operation environment.The system can provide emergency drilling,troubleshooting and operation for enterprise employees.Training and so on provide a new way.By analyzing the functions of the system,design the overall framework of the system and form the design scheme of nine functional modules,including simulation operation,cooperative drilling and fluctuation of working conditions,etc.Establish the process flow simulation model of air separation system,and the simulation results are integrated with three-dimensional scene to realize the dynarmic simulation of air separation process based on model-driven.Establish the gas diffusion model of air separation leakage accident,and the gas diffusion model is combined with the particle system to realize the dynamic simulation of the leakage diffusion range and concentration distribution.Using 3D Max to build a three-dimensional model of large-scale air separation unit which is consistent with the actual scene,and optimize the integration of the model.Finally,the virtual scene is built in Unity 3D to realize the development of virtual interaction function.This virtual drilling system breaks through the drawbacks of traditional theoretical learning,practical operation,animation video training and other ways.Through the operation of operation simulation,working condition fluctuation,cooperative drilling and other modules,it realizes the comprehensive training of equipment.
