Functional filter materials aim at some specific surroundings,such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,antistat,hydrophobic interaction,oil repellency,flame retardance and removing of harmful substances.Some specific functional materials can satisfy design requirement of different industries and territories.Electrostatic spinning equipment is simple and easy to construct according to specific demands.Productions of electrostatic spinning are more than other productions by preparation methods of nanofibers,so electrostatic spinning is actually a simple and effective method to prepare composite materials which are high performance and high functionality.Now there are already a lot of electrostatic spinning products in the market.Cyclodextrin constitutes of hydrophilic outer edge and hydrophobic cavity,and it not only has chelation,but also form non-covalent-guest complex with the organic and inorganic molecules.In addition,electrospun nanofibers based on cyclodextrin play a big role in disposaling of pollutants.One dimensional continuous nanofiber membrane prepared by electrospinning technique has attracted much attention because of its simplicity and efficient.However,electrospun nanofibers have poor mechanical property so that not satisfy its requirements and influence application fields.In regard of the problems,we combine ?-cyclodextrin with organic,inorganic nanometer materials and use appropriate cross-linking agent through optimize spinning technology of electrospinning membranes to prepare three complex nanofibers modified by cyclodextrin,besides,study their qualities and applications.The specific contents are as follows:?1?First,PAA-CD fibers are prepared by combining ?-CD and PAA to obtain cross-linked nanofibers by electrospinning,which form a special cross-linked three-dimensional structure to increase overlapping area of fibers and become integrated.Then,excellent mechanical properties,non-water-soluble composite nanofiber materials?PAA-CD?are prepared.The conclusion shows tensile strength and elongation of membranes increase 2.4 times and 1.2 times by contrast of before and after cross-linking respectively,thus expand applied range of composite membranes dramatically.?2?The one pot method was used to load nano Ag particle on graphene oxide nanosheets?AGCN?.PAA-CD/AGCN composite antibiosis nanosheets-based PAA-CD fiber membranes were synthesized by electrospinining and in situ thermal cross-linking.The test chooses representative Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus to verify its antibacterial property of fiber membranes.Fiber membranes had good antibacterial property after adding AGCN via detection of inhibition zone.Meanwhile,the antibacterial property was improved with the increase of the content of AGCN.?3?To improve mechanical property of nanofiber membranes further,we add upper and lower two layers of high strength electrospun PA66 membranes on the base of PAA-CD membranes to form more stable and higher intensity electrospun PA66/PAA-CD/PA66 sandwich structured membranes,which improve tensile strength and toughness of fiber membranes.In addition,adsorptive property of the membranes is explored by adsorbing Cu2+,Fe3+ and Ni2+.The EDS result indicated sandwich structured membranes had a good capacity of ion coordination to heavy metal ion.The environment proved a good application of cyclodextrin modified electrospun PA66/PAA-CD/PA66 sandwich structured membranes in water pollution.?4?A porous medium model is established by ANSYS FLUENT with electrospun fiber membranes as the model sample in order to analysis filter process by computer numerical simulation.By computer numerical simulation,the pressure drop of upper and lower membranes is predicted,beyond that,the influences of filter efficiency and filter quality are analysed.The results have a guiding significance in the production and application of nanofiber filter materials.
