Research On Central Tool Magazine Management And Distribution System Of Flexible Production Line

Flexible production is applied more and more widely in all countries.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of computer-aided technology and production management technology,the field of flexible production and production scale has been further expanded,accompanied by the higher requirements of the product quality of all production and management links.In the flexible production,Whether the tool management is reasonable has become an important factor that restricts the efficiency of production and the quality of product processing.This paper takes the center tool library and distribution system of a flexible production line as the object of study,and focuses on tool information management and tool distribution in flexible production.The tool and information flow in the process of flexible production are taken as two main lines,which the research carries out tool data acquisition,tool information integrated storage,tool mark recognition,tool dispatch instruction,G code tool information instantiation,tool monitoring and other peripheral modules and communication between these modules,and completes the input of basic tool information,data sheet design,automatic distribution and tool monitoring.Specifically,the information updating in the process of automatic tool distribution is realized by customizing the execution of the instruction program,while the generalization of the G code and the optimization of tool distribution are realized by the G code tool information instantiation.The above research aims to solve the issues in the flexible production of multi-species and small batch,which contains traditional manual recording processing's heavy workload,error-prone and other issues caused by the frequent tool change in the machine tool and center three-dimension tool magazine,and to meet the needs of enterprise flexible production line.The whole life cycle of tool is traced and managed by means of electronic tag marking and log file recording,and through the statistical analysis of the collected tool data to obtain the optimal allocation of resources,thereby realizing the reduction of the tool cost and the improvement of the tool distribution efficiency.
