The scraper conveyor is one of the indispensable components of the coal mining equipment,and bears the role of transporting coal and operating rails as a shearer.The reducer is one of the main drives of the scraper conveyor and is responsible for transferring motion and power to the system.Increasing the design level of the scraper conveyor reducer is critical to the efficient operation of the scraper conveyor.In the traditional design of the speed reducer,there is a large amount of repeated manual labor,which leads to a long design cycle,high design costs,and poor design quality.The design concept also restricts the efficiency of product design.With the development of computer network technology,the computer-aided design,optimization design,and mechanical system dynamic design included in modern design are transplanted and applied in the network environment.Accurate calculation and design automation are realized,and design precision and efficiency are improved.With the development of computer technology,network technology,and secondary development technology,it has become a trend to develop a digitization design system for coal machinery equipment.After summarizing the research status of gear modification,dynamics analysis,optimization design,knowledge management and web-based modern design method at home and abroad,the design of the reducer of scraper conveyor is taken as an object,and several key technologies are studied and analyzed.The web design technology,gear modification technology,dynamic analysis technology,optimization design technology and knowledgemanagement technology are used to establish a digitization design system for the scraper conveyor reducer.The main work is as follows:The overall system design method was studied.The system design goals,system structure design,system development environment,including selection of development technology,development tools,and development languages,and system function design were discussed,which provided a powerful guarantee for the establishment of a system platform.The selection of gear modification software,gear modification principle,modeling and simulation of modified gear,and life analysis based on Romax Designer software are studied.The gear modification design subsystem are established,including two modules for gear modification calculation and gear modification simulation service.Provide users with the calculation of modification and provide users and designers with an exchange platform for submitting and updating simulation results.A dynamic analysis system was established.Key technologies: modeling technology,macro command technology,and ADAMS/View command file technology are studied.Combined with web development technology and ADAMS secondary development technology,dynamic simulation analysis and viewing of simulation results under network environment are realized.The key technologies for optimization design module: the selection of optimization design tools,the classification of optimization models,and the implementation of compilation and invocation are studied.Improvements have been made to the existing defects in document class modules and video class modules,and the results have been compared.Several subsystems are integrated into one system.Based on the study of test purposes,principles,and methods,the test content is planned,system tests are performed according to the test procedure,and test results are given.The digitization design system for reducer of scraper conveyors integrated with gear modification calculation and simulation services,dynamic analysis,optimization design and knowledge management was established finally.The system can help companies improve the design efficiency of reducer,reduce production costs,shorten the development cycle,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and technological innovation capabilities.At the same time assisted in teaching,combined with the application of various CAD/CAE software technologies,deepen the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge,and bring new ideas for the development of mechanical modern design technology.
