After decades of development,China's coal mining machinery has gradually realized automation,informatization and heavy-duty.The reliability of the domestic coal mine machinery and equipment has gradually increased,and no longer rely heavily on imports.The correct selection of equipment can directly affect the use efficiency,production cost and productivity target of the equipment.The traditional selection method is heavy workload,complex process,low efficiency,high experience for designers,narrow application scope,and lack of comprehensive information management system.In this context,the popularization of computer technology and the application of computer aided selection can be realized.The characteristics of computer's rapid calculation and accurate calculation can improve the efficiency of equipment selection and design,and optimize the result of equipment selection.The stability of computer language can basically get rid of the professional dependence of designers.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a network platform which can be used for the selection of large coal mine machinery and equipment.On the premise of studying the technology of modern design and selection and design based on network at home and abroad,we have determined the design scheme,main functions and key technologies of the platform.Including the analysis platform design objectives and principles,platform structure composition,function design and development of hardware and software environment,discusses the development platform and the feasibility of selection,selection of the needed platform during the development of ASP.NET technology,structured language technology,programming technology and data transmission technology value cross page detailed description.In order to conduct more standardized management of selection platform data,we use SQL Server as a database management and operation tool to create database and manage data.In the Visual Studio software,the data in the database are added,querying,modifying and so on,and the functions of the system to access data and manage the data are realized.Based on the above research,we have developed the subsystem of hydraulic support,shearer and belt conveyor selection and design,and integrated the selection and design system of other coal mine machinery and equipment completed on the platform of coal mine machinery and equipment selection platform.Based on the principle of economy and adaptability,the selection model of selection results is developed to achieve the purpose of selecting the selection results.The manufacturer's information page is designed,that is,after the selection is finished,the specific information about the domestic production of the equipment manufacturer is displayed,including telephone,e-mail,website,site,etc.It provides technical support for small and medium-sized coal enterprises,facilitates the selection and design of equipment,provides a platform for designers to communicate with technology,and improves the utilization ratio of coal mining machinery and equipment selection and design resources.In this paper,the integrated and platform test of the completed type selection platform is carried out,and the test and example verification are carried out.The results show that the platform can run stably,and it can effectively carry out online selection and design of hydraulic support,shearer and belt conveyor,and achieve optimal treatment of selection results,and achieve the desired effect.
