In recent years, with the growing population, technological progress and theshortage of urban land resources issues are prominent, high-rise buildings have beenrapid development. High-rise residential building in the city row upon row, but alsocausedsome impact on microclimate. High-rise residential's different architecturallayout patterns that influence their open space micro-climate factors. Winter cityhigh-rise residential layout patterns have a more requirements on micro-climate, namelywind, cold needs. High-rise residential layout mode of winter city is divided into severalcategories. How different between the layout patterns on the micro-climate, and whichlayout pattern is the best one for the micro-climate comfort of the high-rise residentialopen space, exactly what kind of layout patterns to better meet high-riseresidentials'cold micro-climate comfort open space, which need a more systematic approach toscientific research and assessment.This article will be applied to some research methods, statistical methods and CFDcomputer simulation methods to study this correlationbetween micro-climatic factorsand the settlements of open space layout.First, starting a large number of field researchfrom the recent high-rise residential building in Harbin investigation and classification,and it will be summed kinds of high-rise residential summed open space layout mode.Meanwhile,it will be combined with meteorological datain recent years of Harbin,andselected the time zone in line with survey research purposes for the site-depthsatisfaction survey.The survey data By using SPSS software to correspondence analysisabout the survey data, the weight will be used toget a reference sequence fromhigh-rise residential open space layout microclimate factor correlation studies.Secondly,using the CFD to simulate the above open space layout modes, then pickingthemicroclimate factor values from each layout mode to establish the comparative columnsand becoming the calculation of the correlation. After all, choose the most suitablelayout mode from the calculation of correlation, and that is t the most comfortablelayout mode from the perspective of the micro-climate.Then, it will do some strategyresearch on this layout mode.Through the researching, designing and using of the research methodology, it's willprovides a relatively objective and quantitative data reserves for the micro-climatedesign of winter city's high-rise residentials. By exploring a relatively scientificresearch methods, seeking microclimate factors and quantify the relationship betweenopen space layout and future high-rise residential building feasibility reference.
