In the process of urban development,efficient utilization of energy is more and more important. The utilization of solarenergy is getting closer to our life. Especially in the northern cold area, coal isusually taken as a heating fuel in winter. Coal is non-renewable resources. Becauseof the high cost and the serious pollution to the environment, we are in urgent needof new energy-saving, environmental resources to replace the traditional coal fuel.We should use solar energy as much as possible. This would enable the heating toachieve low auxiliary heat even zero consumption. It is very necessary.China has no solar radiation standards now. In the planning and design ofresidential area in Harbin, the mainly two aspects that indirectly related to thecontrol of solar radiation are sunshine and light. Sunshine time is usually used asmeasure standards of residential sunshine. The main component of daylightingstandards are daylight factor and daylight quality. The distance between buildings isusually changed to meet the sunshine time and daylighting standards. However,considering the restriction of efficient land use, when the sunshine time anddaylighting standards are satisfied by changing the distance between buildings, it cannot completely meet the needs of energy of each resident in the daily life. This papertakes the city high-rise residential districts newly constructed between2008and2013in Harbin as the main objects of the research. conducts The simulation andanalysis of the typical layout models of high-rise residential districts in Harbin areconducted in this paper. Based on the amount of solar radiation obtained in eachseason, the relatively better countermeasures of solar energy utilization has beenproposed. The research findings have a positive effect on the energy saving ofresidential districts. And it can make a fundamental contribution to the improvementof local laws and regulations associated with residential districts, and the deepeningof corresponding implementation details.Firstly, this paper conducts the related basic research of the relationshipbetween solar radiation and urban settlements, and summarizes the relevanttheoretical practices and technologies. Then the characteristics of solar radiation inHarbin city residential areas are preliminarily analyzed, and new residential areasinformation of in recent six years in Harbin is investigated. Secondly, on the basis ofinvestigation and study of residential areas newly constructed in Harbin, four kindsof typical layout pattern of Harbin city high-rise residential district are determined.The solar radiation simulation environment and operation process are briefly elaborated. Concretely, the analysis time, running environment, running process, etcare introduced. Then, the simulation results of solar radiation obtained of fourtypical layout models of the city high-rise residential district in Harbin are comparedand analyzed. Finally, this paper takes the south facades of the layout models in theresearch range in winter as the main optimization objects, and conducts theoptimization analysis of layout models of the city high-rise residential district inHarbin. The optimization countermeasures are proposed. And they are changing thelayout orientation, increasing the building space and changing the layout models ofresidential district. After simulation, collation and comparison of these numericalvalues, the layout orientations, building spaces and layout models that have aoptimum utilization of solar energy are summarized. And the countermeasures aresummarized, too. |
