Study On Planning And Design Of Ecological Residential Area In Hot Summer And Cold Winter Zone Based On Urban Microclimate Improvement

With the rapid development of urbanization,the basic goal of residential space planning is to improve people's living comfort.There is a direct relationship between climate factors and the living environment,and with the development of the city,such as the high volume rate and the building density,the quality of the outdoor life of the residents has been affected to a great extent.In order to improve the overall environmental quality of Zhuzhou residential area and improve the living conditions,this paper puts forward the relevant design strategies for the residential area of the hot summer and cold winter zone.In Zhuzhou,some of the residential area as the main object of study,the basic situation of the layout of the building are summarized,the computer numerical simulation and other methods through field investigation,questionnaire,analysis,summed up the modern living issues often ignored in space design,and summarizes the common building layout pattern of Zhuzhou.Aiming at the above problems,by using ECOTECT simulation software,simulation analysis of wind environment and sunshine environment on the model of Zhuzhou common building layout,and get the specific value,finally,according to the current national standard of comfort evaluation of living environment on the various building layout model of the micro climate environment and comprehensive comparison,the overall quality level ranking.Based on the simulation results,from the architectural layout pattern,architectural form,outdoor venues,road system,landscape system,plant configuration and other aspects of Zhuzhou for the planning and design strategy and management strategy of space environment design.Overall,the construction of a suitable for Zhuzhou city characteristics of the residential outdoor space environment,so as to improve the city residents outdoor environmental conditions,improve the thermal comfort of outdoor activities to enhance moderate,residential life is meaningful,long-term studies are needed.
