Research On Key Technologies Of Helicopter Cable Performance Comprehensive Testing

Good cable is an important guarantee of the helicopter’s safety in the flight, toall these manufacturing enterprises, the cable performance test before electricalinstallation is a common challenge. Based on the requirements of the inlandhelicopter manufacturing companies, research on the key technologies of helicoptercable performance comprehensive test is to solve these problems in the cable test,laying the foundation for the cable performance test system with a high-levelautomation.Insulation resistance testing system of helicopter cable will be mainly studied.Firstly the research status of domestic and international aviation cable test systemand test methods are analyzed. Based on CAN bus, an overall design scheme ofdistributed cable testing system is proposed. Distribution machine using modulardesign methods has the capacities of a large testing capacity, easy extension andmultipoint test. Secondly, the details of the cable insulation resistance testingprinciple will be described. The error correction of the test can ensure that theresults of the test are in a reasonable range of error. In the next part, the details ofhardware system of the test system are introduced, mainly including the corecontroller, the signal sample circuit, control circuit of relay matrix and the CAN buscommunication circuit. Finally, the integrated plan of software system isaccomplished, including the host machine and distributed machine software. Controlfunctions of distributed machine are verified on the platform of Proteus and Keil,shows the design is suitable for the scheduled demands.Visual C++is used to develop client software which has good man-machineinterface and testing process controlling. Combined with SQL database, the test datamanagement is completed.
