With the development of national economy and increase in infrastructure spending, high-speed railway construction has been rapid development. In inland and coastal areas, there are a lot of silt, silt soil, silty clay, such as soft soil foundation, if not handled properly on such a foundation to build high-speed rail, it will seriously affect the driving speed, safety and comfort. CFG pile as a method of foundation treatment in the application of high speed railway subgrade treatment is becoming more common. In high speed railway subgrade engineering research comes mostly from the bearing capacity characteristics of CFG pile and construction technology, etc, to carry out the research, and super irrigation problem of CFG pile mixture has not been taken seriously. Mixture phenomenon of super filling CFG pile from the perspective of social resources and the project cost should be given attention and solution.Aim at super irrigation mixture phenomenon of CFG pile, this paper has carried out the following work:1. Experimental study. Through the 1000 CFG pile construction on site, we sum up that the CFG pile super filling and influencing factors of mixture has five aspects, including decannulation rate of speed, the calculation of inventory and team members 'cooperation by CFG pile to fill the main influencing factors.2. Numerical simulation. Numerical simulation on the platform of finite element analysis software, select the appropriate finite element model and the right material parameters, analyze four kinds of super irrigation quantity for 10 m stress, deformation and the effect of pile length. It is concluded that with the increase of ultra filling volume, displacement of the pile and surrounding soil, it increases gradually in the Y direction.3. System development. Aim at influencing CFG pile super mixture filling and main factors influencing the countermeasures to develop, through the theoretical calculation of developed CFG pile super irrigation control system4. Field test. To research and development of CFG pile super irrigation control system construction of CFG pile, low strain and bearing capacity of single pile, the bearing capacity of composite foundation and drilling core samples, site testing, compactness, strength check the pile body mixture and pile verticality, proved the feasibility of research and development of the system is practical.5. Numerical simulation. On the use of research and development system construction of CFG piles, considering the factors such as stress, deformation, ANSYS software was used to numerical simulation analysis, again to verify that the safety of the project, at the same time as the field test method validation and supplement.
