Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, China built in the eighties and nineties has entered the freeway mostly large, repair stage and our previous conservation techniques tend to focus on unilateral road damage repair, without considering the maximization and environmental performance demand, inevitably resulting large energy consumption, have a greater impact on the surrounding environment. With the growing highway mileage, corresponding to resource consumption and environmental pressure has become even more severe. This led us to consider a unilateral way from the past performance of the transition to green-friendly recovery methods, yielding low road performance recovery concept.
