Today, the building energy consumption with industrial and transportation energy consumption are called the big three large energy consumption of China's energy consumption. With the increasing of our country building number, the improvement of the living environment comfort, building energy consumption was sharply raising trend. Large public buildings in China (large and medium-sized shopping malls, office buildings, high-grade hotels and leisure places and so on), power consumption unit building area of 70-300 kWh/(m2·a),5?15 times of residential construction, public buildings become the high density field of energy consumption. Therefore, to explore the public building energy efficiency technology, reduce energy consumption, energy efficiency is great significance.Based on college office and four-star mall in Shenyang as the main research object, through on-the-spot investigation to master the basic information of office buildings and shopping malls in cold region, combined with the feature of cold region climate, draw the total year building energy consumption month by month and energy consumption of air conditioning system diagram, establishes the energy consumption of each component pie chart, research and analysis of energy utilization. The office environment test and survey data analysis indicate that office building interior winter heating effect is good, indoor average temperature 22.54?; Indoor temperature in summer is cool,and the average indoor temperature is 23.53?, air conditioning energy consumption index per unit area is 23.85 kWh/(m2·a), embodies the application of water source heat pump air conditioning system energy saving advantages. The year total energy consumption of mall per unit area target is 132.76 kWh/(m2·a), the lighting, fan energy-using systems and air conditioning energy consumption accounts for total energy consumption proportion are the largest.In order to study of office building energy efficiency technology application status in cold region in our country, compared with the energy saving technology in the developed countries. Select similar to Shenyang area of environmental protection of Pennsylvania buildings in similar climate, comparison and analysis on building energy consumption and energy saving technology. The office building in Shenyang annual energy consumption per unit area index is 118.74 kWh/ (m2·a), the office building in the United States annual energy consumption per unit area index is 122.9 kWh/(m2·a).Office building HVAC system energy consumption index per unit area of China and the United States, respectively,64 kWh/(m2·a) and 52 kWh/(m2·a),the results show that the office building which in the United States that the energy-saving technology in HVAC system and palisade structure applications have more advantages.Use DesignBuilder software for office building energy simulation analysis. A typical day on the office building energy simulation results show that:working days, the energy consumption of office buildings and employee work schedules by linear correlation; rest days, office building energy consumption mainly affected by conditions on the outdoor temperature. Using DesignBuilder software simulation, various factors effecting the energy consumption of buildings including the building area, orientation, wall, external window and roof structures, whether or not a shade, etc., so as to reduce the building energy demand and energy saving measures are put forward. Research on office building air conditioning system energy saving potential analysis shows:Reasonable construction indoor environment parameters setting, improve the summer air conditioning set temperature and lower winter indoor heating temperature; Use total heat recovery fresh air handling system; Optimization of air conditioning system running mode, such as setting up reasonable the intermittent operation of air conditioning system, and standardized management, reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system operation, to improve energy efficiency; Choose such as geothermal, solar and other renewable energy as the heat and cold source system. Adopting L16 (44x23) orthogonal test table analysis to affect building energy consumption size according to the influence degree of various factors:external wall>outside window>indoor air conditioning set temperature> total heat recovery>shading> roofing>intermittent operation. It is provide theoretical support for public buildings in cold region of low energy consumption technology.
