| Energy problem has always been the focus of national attention,China as a populous country,energy consumption is also very large.Among them,building energy consumption is parallel with industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption,as China’s energy consumption of the three "energy consumption",this article is to study the energy consumption of public buildings,although the area of public buildings is relatively small,but its energy consumption is several times of residential energy consumption.Through the investigation of 50 public buildings in Dongying City,this paper makes a detailed analysis of energy consumption and studies energy-saving measures for buildings with unreasonable energy consumption.This paper mainly through two parts of research and analysis,the first part based on the field survey of public buildings in Dongying City,summed up the basic information of 50 public buildings,and based on this to understand the building energy consumption composition,analyze its energy consumption.The second part makes a comparative analysis of the energy consumption based on the actual influencing factors of the energy consumption of public buildings.This part can be divided into two parts.Firstly,the energy consumption of the sample buildings is compared according to the survey data,and the energy saving direction is put forward.Secondly,the existing building model is established,and the energy saving measures are studied by simulating the public buildings in Dongying City.Through the statistical analysis of buildings,equipment and energy consumption,it is pointed out that some early buildings have a large space for energy saving because of the lack of insulation layer of the envelope structure and the low efficiency of the obsolete equipment.According to the energy consumption statistics of the research buildings,the energy consumption of the buildings with insulation layer is about 13W/ ㎡ less than that of the buildings without insulation layer.For the inefficient air-conditioning system,the energy consumption of the newly put into use of the air-conditioning system is about 10W/㎡ lower than that of the early ones.The proportion of each power consumption item in the building energy consumption was analyzed,and the energy consumption of lighting system accounted for about 11% of the building energy consumption.It is pointed out that the lighting system is easy to achieve in reducing energy consumption,while the air conditioning system occupies a large share in the direction of energy saving.By the envelope insulation layer,the building structure form,air conditioning system cold and heat source,air conditioning system form,air conditioning system input time,lighting fixture,exterior window type,indoor ambient temperature setting analyzing the energy saving of the research building,point out the energy consumption of the building under various factors,and get the energy saving direction of the research building and the research area.Using the method of numerical simulation to analyze the energy saving measures,the model of an existing building in Dongying City was established,and the reliability of the model was obtained by comparing the actual data with the simulated data.The simulation study was carried out from four aspects of space mode,night ventilation,setting of insulation layer of envelope structure and setting of indoor temperature,the direction of building energy conservation: The larger the interior partition,the higher the temperature of the inner wall and the lower the building energy consumption.In the cooling season,night ventilation is adopted to reduce the temperature of the envelope,reduce the cooling load of the building,and reduce the energy consumption of the building.However,the more times of ventilation,the smaller the effect on the reduction of energy consumption.The greater the thickness of insulation layer is,the lower the building energy consumption,but the effect of energy consumption reduction decreases with the increase of insulation layer thickness.Indoor temperature setting in a small range has a linear relationship with building energy consumption,which has a great impact on building energy consumption.During the working period,reduce the downregulation of air conditioning temperature setting during work and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning.In addition to simulating energy consumption in the climate zone of the research area,this paper also simulated energy consumption in the regions with severe cold,hot summer and cold winter,hot summer and warm winter.For the energy-saving measures of night ventilation to reduce building energy consumption,the colder the climate zone is,the more obvious the reduction of energy consumption will be,while the energy-saving measures of space mode,insulation layer setting of envelope structure and indoor temperature setting are on the contrary.The warmer the climate is,the more obvious the reduction of energy consumption will be. |
