Intelligent Distribution Network transformation is an important research field of smart grid, the current research is focused on technology distribution network which including line status monitoring and fault location. While the development of the background analysis and management platform, it ensure the effective processing for application of grid information. The development work on Intelligent Distribution Network improvements mainly study on distribution network fault location and mobile-side processing, effectively support engineers for rapid line maintenance and routine maintenance. For the line fault System works with two parts: one is for the development of intelligent detection equipment, which need to meet the sampling and high accuracy fault line judging, and as an information transmission terminal needs to ensure the effective transfer of information at the same time; the other is to deploy network communication links, design information analysis platform to ensure fault information with effective show on the mobile end device.This paper focuses on the stable transmission of data in a heterogeneous network. We first need to consider the energy consumption problem in detection equipment and deployment environment, than select the appropriate network topology to ensure data accuracy and reduce the use of energy use which improve the life of the equipment. Secondly, based on the wireless transmission characteristics of the device, remote communications with back-end server requires the use of a mobile communication network for data transmission. ZigBee tree is used herein to 3G networks and mobile data transmission network construction model, simulation model fusion hybrid network design and routing program, designed to meet the distribution network deployment simulation scenarios were NS2 simulation data communication process, usability testing communication systems for data transmission. Based on normal data communication in Hybrid network, we develop Mobile System software for distribution network fault maintenance. This paper describes fault-based maintenance system for smart mobile terminal application software development process. Through the dynamic positioning technology of mobile terminals, we design graphic simulation module, information exchange and analysis module, which to achieve the desired functionality maintenance. Software development using Android platform, and JQuery Mobile programming interactive graphical interface developed cross-platform application model; while Java programming using serial module for wireless communication, mobile device built to ensure data exchange micro-power communications modules. Finally, the developed software show the available throught function display and engineering staff using, which can effectively provide on-site fault location aid for the power user.
