This paper first introduces the development of the domestic and foreign on high-pressure pneumatic technology,followed by the details of the high-pressure pneumatic system,including air source generating equipment,conversion system,control system,perform device and recovery unit,and depicts the working principle of each part.,wherein the control system is the core of the system,the monitoring system with configuration software and PLC is developed,and then the high-pressure gas equation is derived and the throttle characteristic of the high-pressure gas is analyzed theoretically,and explores the Bang-Bang control technology for high-pressure pneumatic system control method,a mathematical model of the control system,using MATLAB software to build a simulation model and simulation analysis and the results prove that the control system used in the dynamic characteristics of indicators meet the design requirements.In addition to the high-pressure orifice throttling device were tested to obtain a variety of flow conditions-pressure-temperature data,the data obtained through MATLAB software processing curve,to further study of the high-pressure orifice throttle characteristic,finally,the paper summaries the full text and points out the shortage of text.
