In recent years,China's car ownership has continued to increase,and cars have brought convenience to people's travel,but the number of road traffic accidents has also been high.Relevant statistics show that the incidence of side collision accidents is second only to the incidence of frontal collision accidents.About 43% to 55% of them are accidents caused by collisions between vehicles and vehicles.About 25% of accidents cause deaths.And serious injuries.Due to the late formulation of the side collision law of China's automobile,the research on the safety of the vehicle body during the side collision of the vehicle is not enough.Therefore,this paper combines the actual traffic accident situation and refers to the 2018 version of the new Chinese vehicle evaluation procedure(C-NCAP).In the test requirements,the influence of the side collision position and the collision angle on the safety of the vehicle body structure and the driver's damage situation in the vehicle-vehicle side collision accident was explored.In this paper,two SUV models are selected,and the finite element model of the collision between the impact vehicle and the side of the collision is established by combining HyperWorks and LS-DYNA software.According to the intrusion amount and intrusion speed of the B-pillar,the intrusion of the main components,and the acceleration under the driver's seat.The evaluation indicators are used to analyze the deformation of the car body under different working conditions.The dummy is placed in the worst working condition and the legal working condition of the vehicle body.According to the dummy injury index,the damage of the head,chest,abdomen and pelvis of the dummy is comprehensively analyzed,and the safety of the vehicle body is safe.Sexuality made an objective assessment.The results show that: 1)For the impact car,because the front cabin can absorb a large amount of energy through its own collapse deformation,the crashworthiness of the impact car is better.On the contrary,the safety of the car body and the damage of the driver are not optimistic;2)According to the relevant evaluation indicators,the safety of the structure of the car body is found when the distance from the legal position is 200 mm and the angle of the center line of the two passenger cars is 120°.The worst performance,indicating that this condition is the most dangerous condition;3)Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is found that under the most dangerous conditions,the maximum intrusion of the roof longitudinal beam and the acceleration peak under the driver's seat are respectively compared with the regulations.The corresponding values increase by 94.37% and 71.55%;4)By analyzing the driver's injury indicators under the most dangerous conditions and regulatory conditions,the occupant's head,neck,pelvis and thighs are found under the most dangerous conditions.The damage situation is more serious than the legal conditions,and the damage of the occupant's chest and abdomen is more serious than the legal conditions;5)According to the injury value,the protection performance of the vehicle occupant restraint system cannot be satisfied under the most dangerous conditions.
