With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition in the automobile industry is becoming more and more fierce.The competition mode between enterprises has changed from the traditional production scale and product quality to the competition of speed and cost.Reducing the cost of products and shortening the production cycle are the key factors for enterprises to gain the leading position in the competition.The logistics system of most automobile enterprises is formed naturally.It is difficult to guarantee its reliability,coordination,rationality and optimality.How to rationally allocate logistics resources,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency are the key to optimize the production flow system.It is also the key to reduce costs,shorten product life cycle and adapt to changes in market forms.Taking the automobile assembly workshop of Company A as the research object,this thesis summarizes the concept and characteristics of the production logistics system of automobile enterprises.This thesis makes an analysis of the current situation of the logistics system in the automobile assembly workshop of Company A,and points out clearly that the existing facilities layout in the production logistics system is unreasonable,the production process is not optimal,and the efficiency of logistics handling and distribution is low.Starting from the four representative aspects of layout optimization,production process optimization,transportation system optimization and distribution optimization of automobile assembly workshop,the production logistics system of assembly workshop is improved and optimized by using the system facility systematic layout planning,the production logistics system of the general assembly workshop is improved and optimized by synthesizing various factors that affect the layout of the workshop facilities,and a more reasonable and efficient production logistics scheme is obtained after the optimization of the general assembly workshop.Finally,using Arena simulation software,the logistics system simulation models before and after the improvement of the production logistics system of the armrest installation process in the automobile assembly workshop of Company A are established,and the monitoring indicators of the total production and resource utilization of the workshop before and after optimization are compared and analyzed,and the optimization effect is evaluated,which shows the necessary and effectiveness to optimize the production logistics system of automobile assembly workshop.The reasonable optimization of the production logistics system in the automobile assembly workshop of Company A improves the operation condition of the logistics system in an all-round way,promotes the improvement of the enterprise's market competitiveness with the better service level of the logistics system,and has certain reference and guiding significance for the construction of the logistics system in the assembly workshop of the same type of manufacturing enterprises.
