| With the rapid development of the national economy, it requirements many new performances of motor in all of our life.The permanent magnet synchronous motor becomes a research hotspot because of its small size、high efficiency、high-power density. But it’s difficult to design it then the traditional motor by traditional method due to its flexible rotor structure complex magnetic circuit and the problem of Permanent magnet excitation loss.It is waste much time and get a low accuracy result by traditional method but it is fast and accurate to design and optimize by the field-circuit united method.This paper introduces the present situation of the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the domestic and foreign research trends. It accurately expound to design and optimize the stator and rotor.Analyze and compare the 18 slots 8 poles with 24 slots 8 poles. Design a winding of 18 slots 8 poles and single-double layer and long-short distance and rotor structure is simplified using Ansoft software. Optimize the length of iron core permanent and magnet thickness and air gap by the parametric of Ansoft software. Through the analysis of no-load and rated load simulation to validate the result that it’s reasonable and this design is good at torque ripple suppression.Aiming at the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the calculation accuracy of some parameters of the equivalent magnetic circuit method, this paper discussed the calculation of the motor using the finite element method of pole arc coefficient, the leakage coefficient, exchange and direct axis reactance parameters. |
