The Study On Method To Evaluate Space Openness Based On Sightline Analysis Of GIS

This paper proposes an analysis technique using the GIS sightline analysis tool, to state the quantitative method to evaluate the urban space openness.First declare related researches on combing the urban space openness and urban space openness evaluation analysis tools, to analyze the research progress and the existing problems.The urban space openness is divided into two parts including the space area openness and the space volume openness.Through technological innovation, construct a method to calculate the area openness and the volume openness of urban space.On this basis, expand the urban space "D/H" index of Japanese scholar Ashihara Yoshinobu’s theory, put forward a comprehensive open space openness evaluation index.By contrast with the "D/H" index, tell the relationship between open or closed visual feeling and the urban space comprehensive openness.And analyze the effect and influence of urban space area openness and urban space volume openness to urban space comprehensive openness respectively.In this paper, based on GIS analysis tool of sight line, the urban space openness evaluation method can be used for the quantitative analysis of the spatial combination form of urban construction in urban planning and design scheme of influence on the space openness, thus convenient, fast and accurate techniques for the evaluation of urban planning and design program provided;, also provide technical means and theory support to analyze current situation of the urban space openness in order to put forward the proposals to improve the urban space.
