| Urban construction is facing a new development period in which stock increments coexist and stock is the mainstay.The renewal and reconstruction of old urban areas is an important task for urban construction in this period.The unit compound is the main method of urban space construction in my country’s planned economy period,and it has also become an important structural unit and spatial organization method of urban space in old urban areas.Although after more than 40 years of construction and development since the reform and opening up,most unit courtyards have been deformed or even disintegrated,but it is undeniable that unit courtyards and their shape traces still have a huge impact on my country’s urban renewal in the new era.The "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" promulgated in February 2016 clearly mentioned that "the block system should be promoted for new residential buildings,and the built communities and unit compounds will gradually be opened." The open transformation of the unit compound is not simply to cancel the wall and closed management mode,but to organically integrate the unit compound with the city and re-participate in the overall construction of the city.The thesis firstly studies the relevant theories at home and abroad,and summarizes seven factors that affect the openness of urban space,namely road network,street,block scale,boundary,functional type and composition,public space,and public service facilities.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of each element from various perspectives,summarizing the morphological element characteristics of the open section space,and constructing the morphological analysis framework of the urban section.Then,the section where a typical unit compound is located in the old urban area of Nanchang was selected,and the spatial morphological characteristics of the section were analyzed according to the analysis framework,and the specific problems faced by such sections in the open transformation were summarized.The research on the unit compound and other types of space units in the segment reveals that the renovation of the unit compound,the main segment space unit,determines the openness of this segment.Finally,guided by the spatial morphological characteristics that should be possessed by the open city section,the strategy and method of the open space reconstruction design of the section where the unit compound is located are discussed,and moderate openness and adaptability are proposed for the special space unit of the unit compound.Based on the basic design strategy of renovation and integral construction,a series of renovation design methods for open space elements have been summarized,and the open renovation experimental research on selected urban sections has been carried out.The thesis takes the section where the unit compound is located as the main research object.Through theoretical research,case study and research on the morphological characteristics and design of the section where the unit compound is located based on Nanchang,it summarizes the open renovation design suitable for the segment where the unit compound is located in my country.The method provides valuable methods,strategies and suggestions for urban renewal and overall reconstruction of similar areas.At the same time,most of the related research on the unit compound is discussed from a macro or micro perspective.This paper explores from the perspective of the meso-level perspective of urban segment space,which provides a certain supplement and reference for the open study of the unit compound. |
