Pipeline system is widely used in mechanical engineering,hydraulic engineering,petrochemical industry,biological engineering and marine engineering and other fields.The vibration and noise of pipeline system is a very common problem and makes many trouble to people's daily life.Pipeline noise affects not only people's daily job and life,but also causes pipeline explosion accident,leading to casualties and economic losses.Therefore, research on noise characteristics of pipeline system makes sense.This paper embarks from the research on noise characteristics of water filled and drainage system,analyzed and compared some main factors affecting pipeline noise.This paper analyzed the main factors of structure-flow field-sound field coupling problems in water filled and drainage pipeline system by numerical simulation.According to the actual working condition of a certain water storage system, within the medium flow and fluid noise characteristics in pipeline system,a simplified pipeline system model is proposed.According to Renault average method and Lighthill acoustic analogy method,the simplified pipeline system model in structure-flow field-sound field coupling. is established.By varies of simulation of openning degree of valve,additional quality of valves,press pulsation,flow pulsation and different pressure between inward and outward,analyzed the main factors to the pipeline system and the influence law to water filled and drainage pipeline system.In this paper,according to the simulation calculation by the optimization results, the optimized plan for the noise control is put forward,gaining significant noise reduction effect.In this paper, the parameters of the feasible optimization scheme is proved to be reliable by using the finite element software ANSYS and acoustic software ACTRAN.It can be a guide for the actual pipeline system and laid a certain theoretical basis for practical uses.
