With the troops developing to the information and automation rapidly, the plotting speed of the existing plotting system can not meet the needs of the soldiers. To improve plotting speed in the command and control system is imminent. From this point of view, the paper studies and implements three situation picture rapid plotting approaches: multiplayer collaborative plotting, Undo/Redo management system and Visualization Undo/Redo based on the basic system, custom military icon panel.Multiplayer collaborative plotting adopts a decentralized unstructured topology, in this structure each plotting station position both a client and a server. The information of each military icon is encapsulated into a message so that it can be delivered at station positions when users make collaborative plotting. Then each plotting station position takes advantage of collaborative plotting collision algorithm to handle the message and resolves the message which contains an execution action. Finally the result is displayed on the canvas. Undo/Redo management system firstly agrees rules about undo and redo, and then analyzes the data model to determine the model in which the command is designed as an object and finally realizes the system by the technology of virtual function. The visualization undo/redo is designed and implemented based on the undo/redo management system, That is, each command and the command corresponding to the operation of the object displayed in the history panel. Custom military icon panel adopts the structure which is based on the technology of multi-tree, To bulid the three-level custom military icon panel which the custom panel group is the root node, the custom panel is its child nodes and the military icon is the leaf node by making use of the method of building a tree and the existing form of an military icon in memory, finally according to the methods of traversing the tree recursively to save the data to a file.The implementation of rapid plotting approach in the command and control system has made the plotting speed greatly improved. Multiplayer collaborative plotting makes the traditional single plotting development to the multiplayer plotting concertedly. Undo/Redo management system, especially the realization of the visualization undo/redo improves the interactive of the entire system. Custom military icon panel allows users to build plotting panel according to their needs so that the users can find the military icon that will be plotted quickly.
