Compared with the low level of isolation system, the high-rise isolation system has its particularity. Because the height to width ratio of the structure of high-rise building is relatively large, and the overturning effect is very significant.The common rubber bearings may produce tensile stress more than the allowable limit, so how to avoid and control the isolation bearing tensile stress anddetermine the structure of isolated high-rise buildings of the height to width ratio is a few problems to be solved.The mechanical model of isolated bearing is introduced firstly and the bilinear model which is closer to the actual situation to simulate with lead rubber bearing is selected. This thesis introduces several simplified model of high-rise isolated structure when time history dynamic analysis is needed. The two continuous calculation method of regular high-rise frame shear wall for isolated building is presented. The first method is to use two sandwich beam and many links simulating high-rise frame shear wall structure, to calculate the stiffness matrix of sandwich beam unit through the matlab program, and then to put the element stiffness matrix into the earthquake motion equation of the seismic response of structure. For the convenience of calculation of engineering, the second method is more practical. The method is to use ANSYS to establish the two-dimensional simplified finite element model of high-rise isolated building. The equivalent composite beam is simulated by two anisotropic beam elements which is connected through the connecting rod units. The calculation results were compared to verify. The two kinds of simplified analysis methods of this paper help a great deal for the preliminary design of high-rise isolated regular frame shear wall. Since the height-width ratio is an important factor in the structure of isolated high-rise buildings, the time history dynamic analysis of high-rise isolated structure which is under seismic with different height-width ratio is carried out by using ANSYS, the suggested values of height-width ratio for isolated structure with different structure forms is obtained. The values were compared with height-width ratio of existing specification.This thesis finally has carried on some simple summary to the above contents,lists some problems of structure of isolated high-rise buildings which still exist at present, and I give my own views and prospects to the problems to be solved.
