Shaking table test of small scale structure model is an important means for studying, incentive the react of the shaking table model of the structure through input seismic wave, we can visually observe the dynamic characteristics and destruction process of the structure, Identify structural weaknesses, and take reasonable earthquake resistant measures for the structural design.This paper studies the practical application of engineering of the shaking table test, Take a high-rise structure beyond code limits in Shenyang province for example. We establish as a 1/40 scale shaking table elastic model according to the similarity theory and the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure of the doctrine of equivalents, Due to the construction problems caused by small scale models we need to further simplify the model, Such as the model slab thickness is between 2mm to 4.5mm, But in practical application of engineering construction the minimum floor size is 6mm; The beam size of the model is 4-7?10-20 mm,But in practical application of engineering construction the minimum floor size is 8?15mm; The spacing of the model story is about 110 mm that can not meet the requirements of the space counterweight and so on, Now the model is simplified as follows:1. In order to meet the requirements of the space counterweight, Every other layer to remove a layer of floor except the strengthening layer, the load on the floor that was removed would Uniformly applied to the upper and lower floors, to ensure consistent quality every two layers, While remove the steel girders that was on the removed floor accordingly;2. The model common slab thickness is 8mm, the reinforcing layer slab thickness is 10mm;3. The concrete beams of model have merged to some extent, deleting secondary beam, main beam uniform size is 10?20mm;4. In accordance with the principle of equivalent bending stiffness, Make the I-beams inside coupling beam simplified to solid copper so as to facilitate construction5. According to the principle of "strong nodes, weak component" simplified the steel node. For the steel node of the model that is too small and complicated to construction.The comparative analysis of finite element between prototype and the corresponding prototype of the simplified model, as well as the comparative analysis between the steel node of model that simplified and non simplified. Last make the experiment for the simplify model node, then Came to the following conclusion:1. The response spectrum comparative analysis of small earthquakes found that between the structure period, story drift, displacement ratio, shear-weight ratio are in good agreement.2. The elastic time history analysis of small earthquake found that between the story shear, story drift and story displacement agrees well.3. The Simplify of the steel node of the model satisfy with the principle of "strong nodes, weak component", Therefor, The simplify are reasonable.Finally, in this paper,The related methods and conclusion were hope to give some reference to this similar ultra-high-rise structure for the shaking table model experiment design and the dynamic analysis in the future.
