Reinforced concrete structure has been widely used in the engineering construction. As a powerful numerical analysis method, the finite element method can solve its nonlinear problem effectively. Finite element analysis method generally involves three steps: pre-processing, finite element analysis and calculation, post-processing. On the basis of nonlinear finite element analysis program of reinforced concrete plane developed by hohai university, this article developed finite element pre-processing software of reinforced concrete plane based on AutoCAD platform by using AutoCAD object-oriented ObjectARX secondary development tools. The finite element pre-processing software also equipped with a lot of visual form, well-structured material libraries and the grid subdivision module. The pre-processing software build structure mode on the AutoCAD platform in the form of interactive input. With powerful logic function, it seamlessly integrated finite element pre-processing visualization, mapping software AutoCAD and nonlinear finite element analysis program. The main work of this software includes the following sections: First, to establish a sound material library that achieve structure materials to add, select, modify and delete functions; second, to develop an appropriate grid subdivision module and achieve the goal of meshing for any structure, and the result of meshing meets the requirements of FEM; Third, to add load constraints that can completely simulate the forces, temperature effects and boundary constraints and other factors of the structure in actual; Fourth, to build project management menu which will be organized the project in order so that we can obtain the software structured and ordering. In this paper, the "single hole" model as an example, verified that the meshing, applied load, adding constraints of the pre-processing software is correct and suitable which achieve the desired effect.
