In today's society, people's demand on air conditioning, heating, living hot water is more and more big, and the energy consumption is also becoming more and more. But the society especially in China often take air conditioning unit, boiler with auxiliary fuel(oil, natural gas) or electric heater to meet the demand, it is neither energy saving or environmental protection. This group puts forward a new kind of multifunctional water source heat pump system for this kind of situation, structured a test bench and then experimentized. Environment side of heat exchanger of the test bench is under heating conditions to use downstream heat transfer between the refrigerant and water.In this paper, the new system can realize five features: single production of living hot water, refrigeration and heat recovery, separate refrigeration, heating in winter and production of living hot water, heating alone. In the course of the experiment, test bed can control the precision of water temperature of import and export of heat exchanger within the plus or minus 0.2 ?, and the precision of temperature difference of import and export water within plus or minus 0.3 ?The results indicated that: under refrigeration condition, when the inlet water temperature on the environment side is 30 ?, and temperature of import and export of hot water heater is 35 ?/37 ?,the coefficient of performance of the total system will be the largest- 4.782; When inlet water temperature of the environmental side is 25 ?,and water temperature of import and export of hot water heater is 35 ?/37 ?,the Energy Efficiency Ratio(EER) of the system is maximum- 3.434; To compare with the experimental results of environment side heat exchanger in downstream heat transfer mode, we can find that the basic performance of the system parameter deviation are small and within the plus or minus 5%, shows that under the working condition of refrigeration, the performance of system is not affected by the downstream or countercurrent heat transfer mode of the environment side of heat exchanger. Under heating condition, when the inlet water temperature on the environment side is 16 ?, and temperature of import and export of hot water heater is 30 ?/35 ?,the coefficient of performance of the total system will be the largest- 4.356; To compare with the experimental results of environment side heat exchanger in countercurrent heat transfer mode, we can find that, the system's maximum deviation of heating COP is 9.2%, other main performance parameters(compressor power consumption, compressor exhaust pressure, etc.) differences are not too much, shows that the influence of performance of the system in the downstream or countercurrent heat transfer mode of the environment side of heat exchanger are not too much under the heating condition.
