According to the design experience and theoretical analysis of the recent high-rise building, when the lateral frame core wall structure stiffness can not meet the design requirements, we can set up horizontal outrigger with suitable stiffness to strengthen the core and the peripheral frame links in the refuge floors and the equipment layers.So we can improve the overall stiffness of the structure and control vertex displacement in order to make the displacement reaches the limit requirements under lateral force.Combined with the existing engineering examples and data analysis, the majority of high rise buildings with strengthened stories are based on real beam form, namely we use the rigidity enhanced layer to control the structure lateral displacement, but the rigidity enhanced layer will cause a large mutation of the internal force of the structure which is not conducive to the frame tube structure's anti-seismic. So in order to make the structure seismic performance well, It has important significance for further research of the layer's set parameters.In this paper, a 48 high-rise story structure with the steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core tube is used as an example.We choose seven different outrigger setting schemes, which are calculated using SATWE and finite element analysis software ETABS.According to our design rules, modal decomposition response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis calculation are applied with the rigid reinforced layer and multiple layers of different strengthening "limited stiffness", we can get the results of the corresponding structure, periodic displacement,displacement angle and internal force.According to the results of the comparative analysis, we will discusse how to reduce the internal force of the structure had mutation the negative impact due to the level of the stiffness of reinforced layer in the role of wind load and horizontal seismic action such as lateral force.The main conclusions of the paper as follows: select the appropriate form and strengthen the finite rigidity layer of the frame core tube high-rise structure in thecontrol structure of side wind load shift degree, has good effect on controlling the mutation of structure internal force under the action of wind load and horizontal earthquake.
