| Machine fixture is important process equipment in aviation enterprise. In the current era of r apid development of aviation industry, higher requirements on the design of aircraft tooling fixtu re is put forward. Rapid fixture design system oriented to the specific user can effectively me et the needs of enterprises, which can also shorten the cycle of fixture design, reuse design ex perience knowledge and specific design process.Through the research on the structure of computer aided fixture system, combined with t he actual situation of the machine tool fixture design of an aviation manufacturing enterprises,developed the fixture rapid design system for aircraft tooling, the main research is as follow s:(1) Research on fixture design process and designer’s demand for the knowledge of the f ixture design, through the construction of fixture design knowledge base to achieve the standa rdized management of the design data, using the keyword expansion and knowledge template method to realize the fast retrieval of fixture design knowledge, which meet the rapid acquisit ion of design knowledge.(2) Analysis of the existing modular design methods, design process and combining with the aircraft tooling fixture, puts forward two kinds of machine tool fixture modular design me thod. In order to improve the efficient reuse of existing fixture resources, in aircraft tooling fi xture rapid design system introduced in the fixture case retrieval method based on reasoning, improves the efficiency of retrieval of fixture instance.(3) Study on the parameterized modeling method and the automatic assembly technology of the fixture standard parts. The corresponding fixture assembly information is added into theparametric component to realizes the quick assembly of standard parts, which greatly acceler ate the speed of the assembly of the fixture standard parts.Based on the above study, using secondary development technology of CATIA to develop the fixture rapid design system for aircraft tooling. The system realizes the standardized management of fixture data and examples of resources. improve the enterprise fixture design efficiency and shorten the design cycle. |
