Study On Ecological Environment Risk Management Of Hydropower Development Projects About Basin Of CH-YQ

Water resource is a basic natural resource, strategic economic resources and public social resource. Hydropower resources is an important part of water resources, the sustainable utilization of water resources and hydropower resources is an important part of sustainable development strategy in china. Hydropower as a reproducible and clean energy plays a very important role in the possession of energy development strategy in the future of China, but the ecological control is the key problem of hydropower development.This article discriminates the possible ecological environment risk after the implementation of the plan separately from the water environment, aquatic ecological environment, terrestrial ecological environment and social economic environment from the angle of coordinating planning with environment, and then establish the corresponding evaluation index system. Comparate and analysis betwwen the two planning scheme by using AHP method and selection. Proposes risk response system in view of possible environmental risk of scheme. Provide the countermeasures to control the risk of ecological environment for hydropower development project. Accordingly controls the adverse effects of hydropower development on water environment, aquatic, terrestrial ecological environment, geological and social environment at a minimum to avoid significant losses in the implementation of the planning process. For coordinating the relationship between the engineering construction, resource utilization, environmental protection and economic development, promoting environmental protection,economy and society sustainability to achieve the "win-win" purpose, and then put forward the environmental feasibility suggestions and comments for the competent department of the government and the department of environmental management decision.
