Since there are many uncertain factors in the dependable analysis of geotechnical engineering, and the test data are non failure data, it is difficult for the traditional analysis method to analyze and calculate the reliability of the engineering. In this paper, using the Bayes statistical theory, the time parameters are transformed to the load parameters, and the reliability model of the Zero-failure data is applied to the calculation of the reliability of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Reliability of single pile bearing capacity is studied as a case to verify the feasibility of Zero-failure data reliability model in geotechnical engineering. The results obtained are as follows:1.The reliability theory of Zero-failure data is applied and introduced according to the characteristics that the failure rate of the test data in geotechnical engineering is low, the space of sample is small, the reliability of engineering is high, and Zero-failure data is very common to appear. The feasibility of this theory to the reliability of geotechnical engineering is analyzed theoretically.2.By using Zero-failure data model of single-parameter exponential distribution, exponential-distribution dependable function of the bearing force of pile foundation is established to process and analyze the vertical compressing-load date of the single pile in the realistic engineering, which discovers that the model can be well applied to non failure data model of pile foundation and coincide with the actual situation well.3.By using Zero-failure data model of double-parameters Weibull distribution, exponential-distribution dependable function of the bearing force of pile foundation is established to process and analyze the vertical compressing-load date of the single pile in the realistic engineering. The concept of small sample is introduced while adding the prior information, and the likelihood function are amended. The calculation results can well reflect the actual engineering situation.4.Since the number of test data of pile foundation is small, which isgenerally small sample, and the real data is hard to obtain through the test. In this paper, the Bayes theory, processing the small sample with pollution-retrogression treatment, is applied to amend the sample data which are used to calculate and analyze the reliability of the engineering.
