Cost-control Countermeasure Research In The Project Of Inhabited Island

In recent years, along with developing and using the marine resource, expanding the marine industry as well as promoting the marine economy on a large scale among the whole world, China is quickening the pace to the "blue economy" day by day, the value of uninhabited islands becomes more and more obvious, contributing to the increasing constructions projects relevant to many field, such as the tourist recreation, the transportation, fishery, sovereignty in the territorial sea, etc. However, due to their inexperience in the projects, especially the deficiencies in cost-control, it is likely to cause a hight cost in construction,make it hard to profit,and even lend to heavy losses.as a result,it is critial to strengthen the lost control of construction projects on uninhabited island.This paper begins with a summary of the current research on the cost-control concerning the construction project of the uninhabited islands both home and abroad, and then it conducts a study on the theory of cost control in construction projects on uninhabited island, builds a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, analyze the constitution of its cost, and finally proposes the key points of the cost-control, at last, according to the results of evaluations to analyze the shortage of its cost-control, the paper will put forward improvement measures and the relevant countermeasures specifically.
