Study On The Construction Project Cost Evaluation

Since the China's reform and opening up,the economic construction has made great progress in our country,as an important pillar of the national economy,the construction industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy,and has become one of the three industries of the national economy.With the rapid development of the construction market,the market competition is increasingly fierce and the comprehensive strength of the enterprise is related to whether it can compete in the fierce market and develop continuously.The maximization of the profit is an important goal of enterprises,but for construction enterprises who are one of the main bodies of the construction market,there are many phenomena of loss during the whole process of participating in construction.Besides introducing talents,advanced technology and equipment,enterprises should pay more attention to cost management and control,and strengthen their competitive advantages in the market.At present,the cost management of our country lags behind the developed countries and the lack of the management experience,which leads to the relatively backward cost management level in China.The construction of the project involves many factors,such as the high risk,the long construction period,etc.Which make the cost management more difficult.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of construction enterprise cost management,through reading the cost management research results of the domestic and foreign scholars and experts have achieved and using the method of consulting literature materials,then the author sums up the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content of this paper according to the advantages and disadvantages.Then combining the theory and practice,this paper expounds the existing problems,characteristics and principles of the cost management,as well as the contents of the cost management system.On this basis,according to the composition of the construction project cost in China,combining with the engineering project cost evaluation index factor,the method of the chromatographic analysis based on the triangular fuzzy number and the method of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation have been used to construct the model of the engineering project cost control.Finally the author uses the Chongqing western station project as an example to verify that the established model is feasible in cost management,analyzes the ability and effect of the cost management in this engineering project,the author also gives some countermeasures to improve the cost management of the construction project in China by combining his personal experience,hoping that it can provide reference for improving the overall management level of construction projects in China.
