As to increasingly shortage of global energy, the deterioration of ecological environment, energy saving, emission reduction became a major concern in all countries in the world. China, in Rapid economic development, is also facing the huge pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution.It is understood that in the existing buildings in our country,95% for high energy consumption buildings. Residential building is the largest proportion in the city construction. Residential buildings are numerous. So using passive design for residential buildings, can greatly reduce energy waste, reduce air pollution in cities.Dalian Napel Stream Valley Hot Spring Resort Villa, is developed by Dalian Napel Stream Valley Hot Spring Resort Villa co., LTD., a comprehensive tourism products. This paper studies the passive building design strategy of the third construction phase of Napel Stream Valley Hot Spring Resort Villa.According to characteristics of climate in Dalian, in combination with Germany’s passive building design strategy, Dalian passive building design strategies are summed up as follows: (1) Highly efficient envelope; (2) Efficient mechanical and electrical system; (3) Maximum usage of natural resources.From the Analysis and research, this paper emphatically analyzes related factors of the passive building design, including:climate meteorological factors, group layout factors, orientation factors, wind environmental factors, etc.; and analyzes the detailed technical measures adopted in shape design, graphic design, section design, facade design, insulation system and material selection in practical engineering work; and through software technology, meet the relevant standards for passive building design technology ultimately.By research of relevant examples domestic and overseas, we found that the gap of current passive design code is still large. While by reasonable venue design, reasonable door model design, reasonable usage of natural resources, reasonable usage of materials and reasonable construction, passive houses is achievable in Dalian.Therefore, the author hope that through the passive building design of third period of Napel construction, the feasibility of the actual projects, make actual contribution to the passive building design of residence. The passive house will have broad market prospects in Dalian.
