Evaluation Research On Energy Conservation And Emissions Reduction Of Jilin Province Transportation

Energy is the important guarantee to realize sustainable development ofeconomic, also is the foundation of human survival. Transportation industry hasplayed a very big contribution for China’s Gross National Product (GNP), not onlyconsuming large amounts of energy but also producing a large amount ofgreenhouse gases. At the same time of the transport production and serviceconsuming large amounts of energy, the discharge of pollutants also has a negativeimpact on the ecological environment, so energy conservation and emissionsreduction is the important part of the transportation. The effective work oftransportation energy conservation and emissions reduction not only can improvethe utilization of energy, and also protect and improve the survival environmentpeople live. The sustainable economic and social development can be effectivelyrealized.The paper first analyses the status quo of energy consumption on Chinesetransportation industry, the transportation energy consumption in Jilin province andthe energy conservation and emissions reduction. The current problems existing inenergy conservation and emissions reduction of Jilin province transportationindustry are putting forward. Through analyzing and discussing the influence oftransportation energy conservation and emissions reduction, respectively from theaspects of management, structural and technical, According to the actualtransportation industry energy conservation and emissions reduction of Jilinprovince, the influence factors of energy saving and emission reduction areanalyzed, and the evaluation index system of Jilin province transportation energyconservation and emissions reduction is built on the basis of the principle of indexsystem building, the evaluation index system of Jilin province passengertransportation industry, freight industry, vehicle maintenance and testing, drivingtraining industry, the planning and construction and maintenance of roads, the watertransportation are established. Finally, the energy saving and emission reductionevaluation effect of the Jilin province passenger transportation industry and freightindustry are compared by using osculating value method.
