| Truck crane is widely used in the construction of national economy, with its mobile convenient, flexible operation in the lifting operation. At present, the main products of truck crane manufacturers have achieved seriation. And superstructure is one of the main components of the truck crane, it is not only to provide for the parts with enough installation space and bearing the weight of the force and moment of work institutions transfer, and it is the important structure to connected the automobile chassis the same time. It is directly affects the performance of the truck crane, that the success of the superstructure design or not.Based on the 130 tons of truck crane superstructure as the research example, by means of finite element analysis software, learned the statics characteristic of the superstructure. Because of large tonnage crane parts needs to be installed on the superstructure, the structure dimensions are greatly influenced by the layout of the vehicle, considering the layout requirements, we determine the structure and size of the superstructure. In accordance with the relevant standards and customer requirements we selected the calculation condition, calculated the superstructure design input conditions, and the finite element analysis was carried out on the superstructure. First under the condition of maximum rated load, the force of the superstructure was calculated by the ANSYS workbench software. On the basis of calculation results, the local structure of superstructure improve optimization. Then, calculated the stress of the superstructure under different working condition of typical situation and analyzed the stress trend. On the superstructure modal analysis, get the first four order natural frequency and vibration mode of the model, compared of engine vibration frequency, the reliability of the design of the superstructure in vibration environment. The rationality of the design of superstructure is verified by test, and also illustrates the science and correctness of the finite element analysis method. |
