In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economic construction, truck crane has become an indispensable lifting equipment in the construction field, to shorten the research and development cycle of product structure, improve labor productivity has also become an important research and development concepts for a truck crane large-scale production. The design level and quality of the design of the boom and turntable, as an important force component of the truck crane, has the important influence on the crane machine working performance and the cost of production. At present, a lot of truck crane manufacturers in this stress complex large structure design process by the presence of structure analysis is not accurate enough, too much repetitive tasks result in the question that the design efficiency and the design accuracy is not high. In response to these problem, the purpose of this paper is to study the analysis system of the main structural parts about truck crane, based on parametric design thinking, truck crane jib and turntable structure analysis of parametric modeling and automatic solution, constructed based on the modern design methods the main structural components of truck crane parametric structure automatic analysis system, so as to simplify the design process, improve the efficiency of research and development of new products, in order to achieve the purpose of rapid response to market.This paper based on the structural characteristics of truck crane, according to the crane design standard (GB/T3811-2008), extract and defined on structure characteristics parameters and load parameters of the important structural parts about truck crane. According to the basic theory of finite element method, determined the truck crane jib and turntable structure simplified principle and processing method, according to the actual working process of truck crane, with the help of ANSYS, established finite element analysis model of truck crane jib and turntable structure, and extracts the command stream from the process of modeling the crane jib and turntable structure respectively, realized the procedure and automation of the crane jib and turntable structure finite element analysis modeling, solution and result output. On this basis, based on VB platform, with the help of ANSYS APDL language, developed a parametric analysis system for the main structural parts of truck crane. And take truck crane jib of the QY12, QY20, QY70and truck crane turntable of the QY70for example, in the given conditions, verify the feasibility and reliability of the system is running. Running test and enterprise test results show that the system with its intuitive man-machine interface, convenient operation, the use of the modeling analysis running in the background, makes that users do not need to acquire deeper knowledge of finite element theory, reduces the difficulty of software use, improve the structure analysis accuracy and design efficiency, shorten the research and development cycle of new products.The design principle of the system is not only suitable for truck crane jib and turntable structure, but also can provide the reference for the research and development of other construction machinery structure.
