The Small curvature sheet metal parts are widely used in the aircraft skin and automotive covering parts, by which the forming of traditional way is to stretching, or pull shape with bulging compound classes, stamping forming.Springback is one of the forming defects existing in the component forming,and affects directly the forming precision of parts.The smaller the curvature of the workpiece is, the greater springback of workpiece is during forming, the lower the forming precision is.Therefore, the springback is the main factor which affect the accuracy of small curvature workpicee forming.For small curvature of workpiece forming, the controlling of springback in traditional process depend mainly on mold manufacture, repeatedly repair the mould, which are high cost and low efficiency, which deviated pursue of efficiency and precision requirements about workpiece from the enterprise now.High-pressure water jet forming technology is a kind of new processing technology,in which forming limit of workpiece is high,and the process won't generate heat effect, and belongs to the green machining.In recent years, it has attracted the attention of many researchers and engineers.In this paper, the basis of the author discuss in depth to the principle of small curvature sheet metal in water jet forming technology forming, and analysis the force of sheet metal with warer jet.By using large-scale finite element simulation software ABAQUS, the article analysis the springback of single curvature sheet metal forming in high-pressure water jet and stamping process, and compares the differences and size of the springback.In parper, by using the large general simulation software ABAQUS, the author analysis respectively the springback of sheet metal in high-pressure water jet forming to the single-curvature and double-curvature.The author puts forward the new concept of resilient rate characterization of parts for the overall resilience, and compare for detailed exploration for small curvature sheet metal parts forming process of high pressure water jet parameters influence on spring rate.In the parper, the author will key analysis the influence on layer spacing and the nozzle feed speed to springback in the process of forming, and summarize the springback'regular of small curvature sheet metal in high-pressure water jet forming.At the same time, the author design the compared trial scheme and mould with small curvature sheet metal in stamping and hig- pressure water jet forming, as well as the testing scheme and die to verify the springback regular of small curvature sheet metal in high-pressure water jet forming.Research results show that springback is smaller quality is better, and is increased the size as the layer spacing and the feed speed of the nozzle, when the small curvature sheet metal parts forming use high-pressure water jet forming.
