Mixing machine in the various departments of the national production of very wide range of applications, it can be two or more different medium spread among each other, so as to achieve uniform mixing, or speed up the processes of heat and mass transfer. For the mixing machine study mechanics of multiphase fluid is an important topic in power engineering. The paper uses the GAMBIT pre-processing software to the mixer internal flow space to establish three-dimensional solid model, and mesh division, was simulated using FLUENT software, draw the blade immersion depth, leaf structure size (length) and blade of mixer agitator speed changes of factors of internal flow field and solid particle concentration distribution, flow law and the best the mixing parameters in order to find.This paper mainly studies:(1) mixing blade distance horizontal liquid level depth (height or from the bottom) immersion depth of influence, solid particle volume concentration diffusion mixing blade on the velocity of uniform distribution and how to get the best effect of flow field and mixing effect; (2) how to correctly choose the length of the blade, the flow characteristics the internal flow field of stirred tank internal liquid obtained the circumferential velocity, appropriate mixer are both reliable and economical operation. (3) vortex deep changes with the rotating speed of the blade, and aiming at the mixer agitator tank center located in the axis of rotation of the variation of the volume concentration of solid phase, with the blade speed, maximum speed gives mixer should control range.
