Centrifugal fan is a general machinery which is widely used in various fields, and improving operation-efficiency of the centrifugal fan will improve the energy's utilization, and it is very important to research internal flow field of the centrifugal fan for improving the operation-efficiency of the centrifugal fan.In this paper, the commercial CFD software Fluent is used to make numerical simulation of the internal flow field of 2HB-310-H06 type centrifugal fan which is gas-solid two-phase in low concentration, and in the process of simulation, we adopt the finite volume method, the structure of standard triangle mesh and using the SIMPLE algorithm in the basic equations, and the simulation results show that the efficiency of the fan is 80.89%. Numerical simulation results can catch many important internal flow phenomena of the centrifugal fan, and it can predict the important characteristics of impeller flow very well. For the impeller, the pressure is symmetrical, and the maximum pressure is near of the export, the spiral surface and the volute and the minimum pressure appears near the entrance of the non-work impeller. The speed increased first and then decreased gradually in the impeller, and it decreased gradually the spiral, and the lowest speed has appeared in the exit. The numerical simulation results show that the internal flow field of the centrifugal fan exists asymmetry obviously, and the pressure and velocity distribution channel is not the same in each impeller.
