With the rapid development of auto industry,as well as the growing popularity of the car network,when people are enjoying the rich vehicle applications,the demands of auto safety is becoming more and more strict.Tire pressure is one of the automotive safety instability,real-time tire pressure monitoring is indispensable.In addition,due to the low efficiency and the bottleneck of network support ability,the traditional vehicle WinCE system gradually cannot meet the demands of people.Today's mainstream Android operating system can perfectly solved this problem,so based on Android's on-board equipment will be the trend of the development of the automotive industry in the future.This thesis analyzed the tire pressure monitoring system and the relevant technology of the Android system,and thus,designed and implemented a tire pressure monitoring system based on Android.Firstly,this thesis deeply analyzed the working principle of the TPMS system,and thus put forward the overall design scheme of the system: the system consists of Collection-Send module and Receive-Display module,Collection-Send module is responsible for obtaining the related parameters of car tires,such as pressure,temperature,and then through the RF communication sends the data to Receive-Display module.Receive-Display module is responsible for data analysis and display,and give alarm when abnormal data.Secondly,combined with the function of TPMS system requirements and design goal,the thesis designed and implemented the Collection-Send module and Receive-Display module.On the realization of Collection-Send module,the thesis adopt the integrated FXTH87 tire pressure chip,and design of the peripheral circuit and RF matching circuit based on the this chip.In addition,the thesis analyzed and designed the Collection-Send module of transmission protocol,low power consumption and the main program function.On the realization of the Receive-Display module,firstly,the thesis built the whole module hardware based on CC1101 wireless module and ARM development board platform hardware module,and then,it developed the wireless module driver,JNI programs and Android applications,which are the three main software module of the Receive-Display.Finally,the thesis made the physical production and conducted experiments,tested the related parameters and indexes of the system.Through the analysis of test data,this system realized the function of required,and in terms of power consumption and transmission distance is reached the design requirements.
