Repeated loads of fatigue damage of asphalt concrete is one of the most important forms of destruction. With the increasing traffic and overloading vehicles growing, the asphalt surface fatigue damage is becoming more and more serious. Rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt mixture has good road performance, at the same time to solve a lot of waste tires and plastic pollution to the environment.This article first experiment for conventional indicators test and SHRP PG grading test of the rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt, and analysis of the fatigue performance of the rubber and plastic polymer modified asphalt and the SBS modified asphalt and the rubber modified asphalt and the plastic modified asphalt.There are many factors that can affect the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture, select asphalt content, void ratio, asphalt types and other factors, to design the experiments using the orthogonal design table, and extreme difference analysis method and gray correlation analysis of fatigue test results, to evaluation of various factors affecting the degree of influence on fatigue performance of asphalt mixture.This article uses the four-point bending beam fatigue test under of the control of strain to evaluate the fatigue properties of rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt mixture, and the rubber and plastic polymer modified asphalt mixture, the matrix asphalt mixture, the SBS modified asphalt mixture,the rubber modified asphalt mixture and the plastic asphalt mixture were analyzed.Finally, according to the rubber and plastic polymer modified asphalt mixture fatigue test data, to modify the choice of the existing fatigue forecast model, the revised forecast equation of fatigue can be more accurate to predict the fatigue life of the rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt mixture.
